ShakeiT Boba was born from love — the love my wife and I shared for boba.

Back then, Huntsville didn’t have a single boba shop. So, we decided to make one.

We didn’t have much money or experience, but we had a dream:

to bring something we loved to our hometown and share that happiness with others.

We started small — just a humble food truck.

Day after day, we worked hard, experimenting with recipes,

trying to find that perfect flavor, that perfect balance of sweetness and joy.

And then it happened — people tried our drinks, and we saw their smiles light up.

They’d finish their cup before they even reached their car, and we knew — this was more than a drink.

It was love, shared one cup at a time.

In July 2019, we shared Huntsville’s first taste of boba, and the love has been growing ever since.

Thanks to our loyal fans and the community that believed in us, ShakeiT Boba became something special: a place filled with warmth, cute characters, daily specials, and stories that make people feel like they belong.

Now, we’re ready to share that same love across the country —inviting others to build their own story with ShakeiT Boba.
